Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short time after placing your order.

If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation.


Can I track my order?

Yes.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.


How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.


Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country, customs or import fees may apply.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Tilbakelent.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.


How do I return an item?

  • the item you want to return

We will guide you through the process.


Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need another size or item:

  1. Return your product
  2. Place a new order

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Products & Sizing

How do your clothes fit?

Most Tilbakelent pieces are designed with a relaxed or oversized fit.

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.


I’m between sizes — what should I choose?

  • For a more fitted look → choose the smaller size
  • For a more oversized look → choose the larger size

Are your products true to size?

Our pieces are intentionally designed to have a laid-back fit, so they may feel slightly larger than standard sizing.


Will sold-out items come back?

Some items may be restocked, but many drops are limited.

If you see something you like, we recommend not waiting.
