During high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, and carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be clearly displayed on the site.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.


Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with Tilbakelent.

If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a simple return process.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or worn items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will provide instructions on how to complete your return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product:

  1. Return your item
  2. Place a new order

This ensures faster processing and availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos and your order number, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
